Who we are. “PrintMyStudios”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Gadget Cloud Limited (registered in England & Wales, Company No. 10505553, VAT GB339659158), trading as PrintMyStudios.

By using our website and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Access & Accounts

You must be the age of majority in your country to place orders. Information you provide (name, email, billing/shipping, payment) must be accurate and kept up to date. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity on it.

2. Products & Personalisation

We try to show colours/finishes accurately, but displays vary by device. Descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue items.

Personalised / custom items. You are responsible for spelling, images and options you supply. Where we send a mockup, production will follow the approved design. Minor variations may occur within normal print tolerances.

3. Orders & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email an Order Confirmation. If we cannot accept (e.g., payment failure, stock issue, suspected fraud), we’ll cancel and refund. Once production begins on personalised items, changes/cancellations may not be possible.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices include VAT where applicable (unless stated otherwise). Shipping is shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the UK, you’re responsible for any customs/import charges. Promotions may have separate terms. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total.

5. Shipping & Delivery; Risk & Title

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout / in our Delivery Information. Delays can occur due to carrier or customs processes outside our control.
Risk passes on delivery to you (consumer orders). Title passes once we receive full payment. Please inspect parcels promptly and notify us of any issues.

6. Cancellations & Returns (Consumers)

Your rights are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Summary:

• Personalised/custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day “change of mind” right (Consumer Contracts Regulations). We’ll remedy any manufacturing defect or our error.

• Non-personalised goods: you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return items in resaleable condition. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you’re responsible for return postage.

• Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement, refund for faulty goods) still apply.

7. Customer Artwork & Materials

You confirm you have the necessary rights/permissions for any artwork, text or images you submit and that they don’t infringe third-party rights or applicable laws. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use such materials solely to fulfil your order.

8. Intellectual Property (ours)

All content on the Services (designs, text, graphics, photos, logos, layout, code) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use is at your own discretion and subject to the providers’ terms.

10. Third-Party Links

Links to other sites are for convenience only. We don’t control or endorse third-party content and aren’t responsible for their policies or services.

11. Relationship with Shopify (important)

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. (and/or its affiliates), which enables us to provide the Services. Your sales contract is with The Gadget Cloud Limited (PrintMyStudios), not with Shopify.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for our products, sales, fulfilment, customer service, or any disputes between you and us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising out of or related to purchases and transactions with us. This clause does not limit any rights you may have against us under applicable consumer law.

12. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some data is processed by Shopify and its sub-processors to operate the Services.

13. Reviews & Feedback

If you submit reviews or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display them in connection with our business (e.g., on our site, marketing). Post only content you own and that is lawful and respectful.

14. Prohibited Uses

Do not misuse the Services (e.g., upload unlawful content, infringe IP, spam, scrape, attempt to breach security, or otherwise interfere). We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

15. Errors & Availability

Occasionally information may contain errors or omissions (e.g., price, availability). We may correct/update and, if needed, cancel affected orders with a refund.

16. Warranties & Liability

Except as required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is”. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Subject to the above, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill). For paid orders, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant product(s).

17. Indemnity (Business Customers)

If you purchase as/for a business, you indemnify us for claims, losses and costs arising from: (a) artwork/files you supply (e.g., alleged IP infringement), and (b) your breach of these Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

19. Waiver & Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked here, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights without our consent. We may assign or transfer our rights/obligations without notice.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use and to orders placed after the effective date. We’ll give notice of material changes where required by law.
