Returns: Because we personalise each case just for you, they're non-returnable unless faulty (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). But if the print's wonky, the colour's off, or you're just not delighted, we'll remake it free. Guaranteed.
Will the print survive daily school use?
Absolutely. Our dye-sublimation print is heat-embedded into the fabric, it won't peel, crack or fade even after months of being stuffed in school bags, dropped on playgrounds, or squashed under textbooks.
What age is this suitable for?
Perfect for ages 4–12 (or anyone who loves rainbows, we've had orders for teens and adults too!). The 24cm length fits standard school pencils, pens, and a chunky eraser comfortably.
Can I order in time for back to school?
Yes! We make to order in 1–2 days. If you order by 25th August, you'll have it in hand before the new term starts. For September birthdays, you've got plenty of time.
What if they lose it at school, can I reorder the same design?
Of course! Just place a new order with the same name. Many parents order a backup at the start of term (small pencil cases have a habit of wandering off!).
